This session will address questions such as: Who should be involved in developing a goal? What timeframes make sense for different types of goals? Can you reset your baseline? And, how do we incorporate acquisitions? How do we deal with competing priorities?

As companies develop more advanced practices, the reporting structures such as GRI, IIRC, SASB, and CDP continue to mature as well. This session will examine the current and future trends in sustainability reporting, and give attendees insights into reporting strategies that will effectively and efficiently control the flow of external information.
