They are looking for an EHS Manager who will provide leadership to Trane employees, manage EHS activities and programs and incident prevention activities at his/her location(s), and ensure compliance with IR, local, state, and national requirements. The position will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, policies, training, and procedures. The position will promote a strong safety culture and maintenance of a healthy work environment. This position will support both the Trane Michigan District and the Trane Chicago District. A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Occupational Safety, or equivalent OR two-year technical degree and field or operations HVAC/mechanical experience is required along with 3-7 years of experience with an emphasis in health and safety management or experience in a technical environment requiring adherence to strong health and safety practices. CIH/CSP a plus.

They are looking for a a Health, Safety & Environmental Affairs (HSE) SBU Leader to provide leadership and direction in health and safety, environmental protection, effective risk management, loss control, regulatory compliance and sustainability to its aerospace manufacturing sites. Core responsibilities include engaging with the leadership team. By providing risk-based, technical advice and counsel on HSE matters, partnering with other managers to address HSE challenges facing the businesses and achieve HSE excellence and provide guidance on proactive risk mitigation, trends, corrective actions and loss rates. A Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Engineering or related discipline is required along with a minimum of 12 years of HSE experience with 8+ years of practical HSE experience in a manufacturing environment. 5-10 years of management experience a plus. MS/MBA preferred.

A Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, IH, Physical Science/Engineering or a related technical field is required along with 10 years’ progressive EHS experience within a high-risk manufacturing industrial environment.
