OSHA Proposed Heat Rule Ready for Publication
OSHA has released a draft of its proposed rule on heat illness prevention. The proposal will likely be published in the Federal Register in the coming days and a comment period will begin. If finalized, the standard would require the formulation of a heat illness prevention plan. That plan would need to be in writing if an employer has 10 or more employees.

SEC Climate Disclosure Rule in Peril After Supreme Court Opinion
When the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission adopted the Climate-Related Disclosure Rule in March, it was met with a series of legal challenges questioning the ability of the SEC to adopt the rule. Under the new standard adopted by the Supreme Court of the United States on June 26, defeat of the rule is almost certain.
