Michelle Redfield, North American Director for Environment and Safety and Environment Process Improvement; Schneider Electric
Michelle Redfield and her team direct Schneider Electric's North American environmental and sustainability initiatives and strategy. This involves leading environmental programs such as compliance, management systems, water reduction, waste minimization and recycling, data management and environmental recognition. Ms. Redfield also leads the company's global safety and environmental data management system program and its global safety standardization and process improvement programs.
Since joining Schneider Electric in 2010, she has been working closely on sustainability issues and promoting sustainability cultures in the company's more than 100 North America sites.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Redfield worked for about 20 years in consulting engagements for U.S.- based multinational organizations, most recently managing a full-service environmental, health and safety consulting office in Chicago. During that tenure she led a wide range of environmental and safety initiatives, operational effectiveness program development and implementation, integrated environmental system and compliance auditing programs, and environmental and safety and sustainability information management system programs.
