Steve Meyers is Senior Director, Global Environmental, Health, and Safety for Quintiles, where he leads and oversees administration and development of the company's environmental, safety and health functions for business divisions and locations across the world. Quintiles is the only fully integrated biopharmaceutical services company offering clinical, commercial, consulting and capital solutions worldwide.

Mr. Meyers' responsibilities include directing company-wide safety, environmental and sustainability policies, and integrating EHS strategy within Quintiles' long-term strategic business planning. He was also instrumental in advocating for board-level sponsorship of the company's sustainability/CSR strategy, which it adopted in 2009. Prior to joining Quintiles, Mr. Meyers worked in EHS management consulting for several global and regional consulting firms, and worked as a regulator early in his career.

He has a Master's degree in Hygiene, and is a Certified Safety Professional as well as a Certified Industrial Hygienist.  He is also a chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health in the United Kingdom.
