Kent Hart, HSER Director, Due Diligence & Environmental Management; Honeywell International Inc.
Kent Hart is a member of Honeywell International Inc.'s Corporate Heath, Safety, Environment & Sustainability team as HSES Director, Due Diligence and Environmental Management. In this role, Kent supports the remedial due diligence aspects for M&A and real estate transactions and oversees development and deployment of processes to ensure appropriate integration of new acquisitions and transitions of business lines between facilities. He also provides leadership and strategic planning for environmental management on an enterprise-wide basis.
Kent joined Honeywell in 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in health, safety and environment management. Prior to joining Honeywell, Kent was an Environmental Scientist for Franklin Associates, Limited and an Environmental Quality Manager for Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Inc. Kent holds a masters of business administration from the University of Kansas, as well as a Masters of Science with a concentration in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Industrial Hygiene from Central Missouri State University. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Lean Expert.
