James Bilgo is the Manager of EHS Program Management at Kohler Co., where he supervises a team of EHS professionals who have responsibility for development and implementation of Kohler Safety and Environmental Management Systems and for assuring EHS compliance at over 60 manufacturing operations on six continents.

His other responsibilities include: EHS project management and program development, and global alignment of best practices for due diligence, sustainability and environmental footprint reduction, EHS inspections and audits. He has successfully permitted greenfield operations in India, China, Canada, Mexico, Europe and the U.S.

Mr. Bilgo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin at Steven Point. He is a past president of the Wisconsin CHMM chapter and the Federation of Environmental Technologist. Jim has also published several papers on different environmental topics.

Rick Love is the Manager of Environmental Sustainability at United Technologies Corp. His responsibilities include: collaborating with UTC business units in the development and implementation of formal facility, supply chain and product sustainability goals; peer and other company corporate sustainability program benchmarking; environmental impact reduction, public sustainability reporting; and development of the UTC climate change risk assessment program.

Prior to UTC, Rick worked as an environmental programs consultant, including significant experience at USEPA in the development of US Clean Air Act data management programs.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, and an MBA in strategic planning from the University of Connecticut.

As Vice President of Real Estate for Schneider Electric, Steve Sacco currently leads the real estate strategy, oversees the environmental remediation portfolio and serves as the sustainability ambassador for the North America region. He joined Schneider Electric in 2014 as part of Schneider’s acquisition of Invensys plc.

At Invensys plc, a UK-based automation and controls company, Mr. Sacco served as Senior Vice President, Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability where he was responsible for health & safety, compliance, sustainability, environmental remediation, real estate, crisis management and security. He and his team work very closely with the business leaders to ensure the safety and security of people and operations, to manage and reduce operational liabilities and risks, and to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Prior to joining Invensys, Mr. Sacco spent 10 years at Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a global provider of environmental, health, safety, and risk consulting services.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Hydrogeology from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University. Since 2008, he has lectured on business sustainability topics at the Bentley College McCallum Graduate School of Business, Clark University Graduate School of Management and Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
