Jennifer O'Neil, Corporate Responsibility Manager; The Brown-Forman Corp.
Jennifer O’Neil is Corporate Responsibility Manager at Brown-Forman Corporation. In this role, Jennifer manages the company’s corporate responsibility communications and reporting. She works directly with multiple stakeholders to define and prioritize material issues, integrate and promote responsibility/sustainability plans into the business, and strengthen disclosure and performance. She also oversees Our Thinking About Drinking, the online issues forum, seeking dialogue and partnerships that promote better understanding of the positive role alcohol can play in society, and helping to curb the harm caused by abuse or irresponsible consumption. In addition, she is a passionate human rights advocate, helping lead the company’s global human rights strategy development. Jennifer holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Indiana University.
