Kevin Harris, Corporate Performance Manager, Safety, Environmental & Human Performance; Exelon Corp.
Kevin Harris is the Senior Manager of Safety & Human Performance at Exelon Utilities. He is responsible and accountable for independent governance and oversight of the six Exelon Utilities company's safety performance including establishing the strategic direction for Safety, Human Performance and Process Improvement.
Kevin previously held positions as the Performance Assessment & Corporate Functional Manager at Exelon, in which he provided governance and oversight of programs, developed and led continuous improvement practices in Safety, Environmental and Training across the Operating Companies. Kevin has also worked in variety of roles within Exelon including operations, maintenance, and contract management. He served in the United States Navy, and holds a bachelor's degree in management from Rosemont College.
