Amy Martinez, Client Program Manager; APTIM
Amy Martinez serves as a Client Program Manager within APTIM's Compliance and Permitting Division, assisting commercial, industrial, and state and local clients to identify and implement innovative strategies and solutions on a variety of environmental compliance issues. Ms. Martinez has over 15 years of experience in environmental permitting and compliance with an emphasis on California environmental regulations. She works with clients to help them identify and manager their environmental responsibilities. Amy's technical experience includes federal and state regulatory compliance assessments and audits; hazardous materials management; hazardous waste management; solid waste management; storm water management; air quality management; and spill prevention, control and countermeasure (SPCC) planning.
Additionally, Ms. Martinez serves as a seller-doer within her corporate business unit, directly affecting the revenue, profitability, cash flow, and repeat business in her region through her ability to develop client relationships and lead teams in successfully delivering services to her clients.
Amy holds a Master of Arts degree in Environmental Policy from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Economics from Dickinson College. She is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), a member of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials, and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Amy resides in Orange County, California with her husband and two children.
