He is responsible for process design and continuous improvement in Digital Transformation area with respect to Acquire, Organize, Analyze, Report and Continuous Improvements.
Ashwin has been at Georgia Pacific for 8 years, in various Operation & Reliability role primary responsible for Process Design and Continuous Improvement.
Ashwin has 14+ years of progressive manufacturing operation hands-on management experience in bottom-line-impacting roles including, Corporate Operation Excellence Leader, Manufacturing Digital Transformation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project leader, Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Reliability Engineer. He is expertise in lean Six Sigma with proven track-record of delivering optimal results in a high growth environment that exceeds operational goals and yield measurable outcomes.
Ashwin holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Madras, and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University.
