Jen Barber has had the privilege of working as an IT Project Manager for Tate & Lyle since September 2017. After receiving her Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University in 2003, she began her career working in the telecommunications industry for companies such as AT&T and U.S. Cellular.

Jen has served in multiple leadership roles across various IT functions including Portfolio Planning, Release Management, and Testing, finding her passion in Project/Program Management. In her spare time, Jen is an avid runner who enjoys participating in 10K and half marathon races across the country. She recently completed the 2018 Chicago Marathon.
