Blake McGowan, Director of Research at VelocityEHS, leads the Ergonomics & Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD) Research group to incorporate the latest technical and scientific data into software solutions. He also consults with academia to transfer the latest research knowledge into the approach, systems, assessment methods, and guidelines. Blake has 25+ years helping organizations improve the lives of their global working population and improving financial business performance.

Blake holds a Certificate in Leading Sustainable Corporations from the University of Oxford, a MSc Degree in Human Neuromechanics, and a BSc Degree in Biomechanics & Neurophysiology from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He has also achieved recognition as a Certified Professional Ergonomist.
