To simplify the transition from an in-person event to a virtual conference, we are offering one standard registration price for the conference for all attendees, plus a special group discount for groups of up to 10 people.
Your registration includes access to the live event on Thursday, May 21, 2020, plus a recording of the full conference that will be sent out to all attendees after the event.

This special group price is available to all companies and organizations. Please register just one main point of contact for your company's group registration. After registering, we will reach out to confirm the information for your other attendees.
Buzz Sessions
NAEM is hosting Buzz Sessions on COVID-19 topics. This is an opportunity for in-house EHS&S professionals to benchmark on important COVID-19 topics to hear how other companies are handling the issues. These will be led by an expert facilitator who will offer guidance and input.
We are keeping these sessions small so that everyone has an opportunity to engage and speak. These sessions are only open for in-house EHS&S professionals and not vendors (other than those speaking) at this time.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be received in writing by May 1, 2020. All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee.
Requests made after this date will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation of registration can be emailed to Kaitlyn Walker.
Substitutions
If you cannot attend, you may notify NAEM if another person will be attending the conference in your place. Please e-mail Kaitlyn Walker.
