- NAEM has reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Washington D.C., a 10-minute walk from the conference venue.
- The recommended airport is Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA).

Cancellations and Refunds
Refund requests must be received in writing by Wednesday, Feb 12, 2014.
If you cannot attend, you may notify NAEM if another person will be attending the conference in your place.
