Amy Franko, CEO and Founder; Impact Instruction Group
Impact Instruction Group was founded in 2007 by Amy Franko in Columbus, Ohio. Impact Instruction works with large enterprises on blended learning solutions and professional development initiatives for emerging women leaders. Industries served include financial services, healthcare, retail, automotive, and technology.
Ms. Franko is an award-winning training designer, receiving a 2010 APEX Award of Excellence. She is also one of a select few authorized by internationally recognized author Lois Frankel, Ph.D. (of Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office fame) to create and deliver programs specific to her best-selling books.
Ms. Franko is a member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), where she leads the Learning Executives Network. She is also a member of Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD), where she currently serves as the 2012 Chairperson for the Women's Executive Series.
Prior to launching the company in early 2007, Ms. Franko was a top seller for IBM and Lenovo, where she led a $12 million sales territory of both public sector and commercial clients.
