NAEM is excited to host our fifth corporate women's environmental leadership roundtable this summer. With a growing and dynamic group of women leaders already active in the NAEM community, we wanted to strengthen this existing network and introduce our members and their colleagues to leaders in the policy, government and think tank arenas for strategic relationship building.
You'll find the program has been designed to include sessions that examine emerging sustainability leadership models as well as behaviors and habits of sustainability leaders. Whether you are a vice president or in the early stages of your career, the program is sure to offer new insights and reinforce core practices for women leaders at all levels of their careers.

Strategies and Tactics to Build Diverse and Inclusive Teams This book discussion group will explore the themes, research and recommendations presented in Inclusify, by Stefanie K. Johnson. Attendees are encouraged to read the book in advance and be prepared to share their thoughts and reflections, as well as discuss ways to address personal and systemic biases in support of more inclusive organizations.
You do not have to read the book to participate as key points will be discussed.

Team Cohesiveness & Productivity In a Remote Business Environment Last year’s lockdown radically altered the leader’s playbook. Keeping people engaged and productive required different tools, approaches and a new breed of empathy.
