Shea Jameel, Corporate Sustainability Manager; The Estee Lauder Companies Inc.
Shea Jameel is the Senior Manager of Sustainability at The Estée Lauder Companies, the global leader in prestige beauty. The Company has a diverse portfolio of more than 30 brands in the categories of skin care, hair care, fragrance and makeup; including but not limited to: Estée Lauder, M•A•C, La Mer, Bobbi Brown, Origins, Aveda and Clinique.
In her role, Shea is responsible for operationalizing and embedding sustainability across the business in the areas of green buildings, Travel Retail, Indirect Procurement and packaging take-back programs. She works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop, embed and track sustainability initiatives and drives progress towards sustainability goals. Prior to joining the Estee Lauder Companies, Shea led sustainability at Welltower, a real estate investment trust, where she led the development of their sustainability program and took them from random acts of sustainability to a sustainability leader in 3 short years.
Shea holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Suffolk University and a M.S. in Environmental Science and Management from Sacred Heart University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and Fitwel Ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crocheting and the great outdoors.
